Bu vas\u0131tayla beklenen veya olas\u0131 riskler ile ilgili kontrol tedbirlerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve \u00f6nlemlere dair y\u00f6ntemlerin ve esaslar\u0131n sistematik \u015fekilde belirlenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.
