Otellerin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klanan sekiz kritere uyduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131 gereken minimum performans gereksinimini a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in daha fazla ayr\u0131nt\u0131 sunar. Bu rehber dok\u00fcman, otellerin sertifikasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine haz\u0131rlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>GSTC Sertifikasyonu, otel performans\u0131 i\u00e7in belirli bir temel olu\u015fturmayan, s\u00fcre\u00e7 tabanl\u0131 bir sertifikad\u0131r. Ancak bu esneklik, yaln\u0131zca GSTC Sertifikal\u0131 oteller aras\u0131nda de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda GSTC&#8217;yi ilgilendiren di\u011fer programlar taraf\u0131ndan sertifikaland\u0131r\u0131lan oteller aras\u0131nda da tutars\u0131zl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>GSTC Sertifikal\u0131 otellerin s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme ile en az\u0131ndan bir temel performans d\u00fczeyine ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in GSTC \u00e7e\u015fitli performans gereksinimleri belirlemektedir. \u0130lk ad\u0131m olarak, GSTC, GSTC Otel Kriterlerinin 8 kriterinde toplam 19 gereksinim gerektirir:<\/p>\n<p>Yerel sat\u0131n alma (B3), \u0130nsana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r i\u015f (B7), \u00c7evresel a\u00e7\u0131dan tercih edilebilir sat\u0131n alma (D1.1), Verimli sat\u0131n alma (D1.2), Enerji tasarrufu (D1.3), Su tasarrufu (D1.4), Sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu (D2.1) ve Kat\u0131 At\u0131k (D2.4).<\/p>\n<p>Yerel sat\u0131n alma, tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k plastik azaltma\/\u00e7\u0131karma, LED ayd\u0131nlatma ampulleri veya su tasarruflu du\u015f ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131\/musluklar gibi baz\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik uygulamalar\u0131 iyi benimsenmi\u015ftir ve daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve iklim dostu eylemler i\u00e7in bir temel te\u015fkil etmektedir. Bunlar da belirli hedeflerle gereksinimlere dahil edilir.
